Things to be avoided:
Mr. Cheng said …
Don’t treat this organization as ambulance which is 24 hours stand by. Some people call his workers at night and even midnight. They never consider that workers also need to rest.

Some people called them to take recycled stuff. Case is getting worse when these people ask money from charity’s stuff.

Some people knew that charity staff will come to their place if they have lot of things to donate. So they cheated the staff and claimed that they have a lot of things for charity. Mr. Cheng said if you really wish to ask the staff comes to your place to collect your stuff, please make sure there are substantial amount of them.

Some couples never communicate well, once the staff reach their place, wife said donates while husband refuse to do that. Due to this, staffs waste their time to travel here and there for nothing.
